Hi, I'm Lily, and I'm going to do a book review on a book called Love That Dog. I thought this book was really good, but sad in some parts too. It was very unusual, as every single page is a different poem and they all link in to make a story about a boy called Jack, and how he's writing about his old yellow dog. Jack is probably talking to a teacher in this book and he's talking about the yellow dog. The sad part is where the yellow dog was run over by the blue car splattered with mud speeding down the road when Jack and his friends were playing football on the street.
